In my early 20’s I had a wake up call that I needed to make changes and improve my health. I was tired, weak, in pain, and my brain wasn’t working properly. I read books, watched videos, and listened to anyone and everyone that had any insight to help me heal and become the best version of myself possible. I then met a chiropractor at the Solana Beach farmers market who was able to change my health and life drastically in a just a few months. I was so blown away by how much better I was feeling, so I went even deeper into reading, learning, and experimenting with different diets and exercises. After a few years, I decided to take my passion to chiropractic school to learn more and to help others change their health and life as well.
I was born and raised in Cardiff and Del Mar, and am a graduate of La Jolla Country Day High School and San Diego State University. After college, I was a Mortgage Broker in Pacific Beach. Fortunately, the market turned south allowing me to follow my true passion, health.
While attending Life Chiropractic College West, I quickly shifted my attention to studying the optimal health and well-being of pregnant women, babies, and kids. I completed the Pediatric Programs through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and through ‘Epic Pediatrics’.
- The leading authorities in Chiropractic Family Wellness teach the I.C.P.A. renowned certification program. The 14 modules, 200-hour program, consist of classes including developmental neurobiology, neuro-immunology, developmental disorders (ADHD, Autism, Tourette’s, etc.), and pediatric adjusting techniques.
- Epic Pediatrics is a Pediatric Chiropractic training program designed by leading Doctors in the field. The training consists of extensive details behind the most common pediatric conditions and developmental disorders we see today, including, Colic, Torticollis, Ear infections, Seizures, Allergies, Asthma, ADHD, and Autism.
I am certified in the Webster Technique for pregnant women through the ICPA, and have received extensive training with other Chiropractic techniques including Mc2, Activator, Sacral Occipital Technique, and Drop Table.
I met my wife, Dr.Kim during new student orientation, and married her in Lake Tahoe on Stand Up Paddle boards. We have two beautiful daughters and another baby due in October 2023. I am very blessed and wish to share my passion and wisdom to help you and your family.
