Common Misconception No. 2.

There is nothing you can do about “morning Sickness”

Why does it happen? belly

  • This may be your body getting rid of toxins as it prepares to grow a baby.
  • It may also just be your body’s response to the increase in pregnancy hormones.
  • It is a way to prepare a good environment for your baby to grow.

What to do?

Eat often and avoid an empty stomach, stay hydrated, and go to bed with food in your tummy.

Start your day off PERFECTLY with12193274595_0f16c59bd9_m some Home-made bone broth. Throw some organic, pasture-raised chicken, beef, or pork bones in the crock-pot with some veggies at night. When you wake up, have some hot broth in a coffee cup- this will help satisfy the ritual of coffee in the morning as well.
